They’re very well organized. We track everything in a master document and folder in Google Docs. I generate a list of graphics I’d like them to produce, and then we discuss timelines. Once a graphic is finished, I review them and request any changes. We text and talk on a weekly basis and they always meet their deadlines. If something happens and I need a new graphic, they’re very responsive and are able to turn out new designs in a moment’s notice.

They spend a good amount of time upfront getting to know what it is they’re going to build, and are not afraid to give you an honest quote. A lot of times software shops will underestimate the time it will take to finish building it. I think Exygy does an honest job of really bidding projects. Exygy forces you to do that process ahead of time, so that everybody is on the same page with respect to the budget and deliverables, which in the software development field is very critical because it can get really expensive really fast. If I were to point to the best thing about Exygy, it would be their transparency in defining and scoping and then delivering to that scope.
