For what projects/services did your company hire Kickstart Design?

I engaged Kickstart Design to create a drawings and an animated prototype of a concept we've been working on.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have seen some of their work and products. I was comfortable the Kickstart Design team was going to meet/exceed expectations.

We had a few meetings with their team. We discussed concepts and ideas about the product. Their team guided us and put together a clear plan with a time and action calendar.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Their team consisted of three people. Electrical and mechanical designers and operations manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Documentation was outstanding. Their team captured and communicated the product with precision and it was fun working with them. Will do it again!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was clear and any questions we had were answered quickly. Their team didn't hesitate to query our team with important questions about our expectations. The whole project was done on line and via phone and zoom.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The finished product exceeded my expectations X 100. They were an impressive group of professionals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't hesitate to constructively criticize. I think it is helpful for all involved. But I honestly don't have a single facet of our project that could have been improved.
