How did you select this vendor?
We created a short list of companies that had case studies that appealed to us. After looking at ten companies, we narrowed to three and then did presentations. Ultimately, Viewstream has the right mix of team, work examples and creative ideas to make them the clear choice.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
The overall scope included an updated, comprehensive website with CRM and basic ERP functions. A new brand position with tagline, imagery and creative to help communicate our story.
My role was to work directly with Viewstream to provide all materials, guidelines or feedback as needed to move the project along. Viewstream was responsible for all strategy, design, development, creative, and QA.
What was the team composition?
Viewstream's team composition slightly changed as the project went through the various stages. I mostly interfaced with their Account Executive and Manager, but creative team members, brand strategists and editorial team was brought in throughout the process. Overall, the team had about ten people on their end.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
5X Increase in website leads and conversions 2X Increase in client understanding of what we do, who we are and how we are different based on benchmarks surveyed. The results exceeded our expectations and the executive team was very happy with the results, and the entire company.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
The workflow was extremely efficient as we had one point of contact throughout the process that brought in the right team as needed. We used a shared Slack channel, as well as MS Project and BaseCamp.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The level of creative was amazing. Viewstream was able to take our ideas, and, through research and iteration, develop a high-value, creative brand that communicated who we are in the marketplace to the right audience. Then, they quickly built out the website and various digital marketing assets.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Viewstream fees were reasonable overall, though compared to some of the other proposals they were a bit higher. On the project and creative side, I don't see anything that ought to have been done differently.

Viewstream handled the creation of videos we needed to describe our technology, product and services. The goal was to put videos together that symbolized and exemplified the elevated experience our technology provides. Viewstream nailed it.

Word of mouth and portfolio review.

Viewstream provided a communication framework that enable our staff to provide them with the information they needed. This process allowed us to communicated better than we expected as it was obvious they have been doing this so long that they developed their internal communication system to maximize efficiency.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
We worked with Andres and one of the editors. The feedback process rested on a video software communication system they developed which allowed us to put notes anywhere in the video down to the second. Video and voice call meetings were also employed when needed.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I described this above and generally don't have much else to add other than their management style is efficient and they are very creative as well as know how to make the project emote seriousness and professionalism while still being creative. Very impressed.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were impressed by their intellect and talent. My experience has been many companies talk a big talk, while Viewstream didn't do that but instead impressed me with how smart they are and how they utilize their talent efficiently.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Other than building a local office near me, none.

My firm provides an eSports platform for gamers and brands to come together to discover the latest in eSports events, news and other critical information. As CEO, I lead the company in vision, strategy and operations.
For what projects/services did your company hire Viewstream?
We hired Viewstream for document creative, presentations, brand, design, website and video. The main challenge was: how do we communicate the brand in a focused way, while elevating our design to match the business of gaming? We knew that if we could create a beautiful design, we could excel in the marketplace with our focus offering.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goals were threefold:
- Move quickly in a rapidly accelerating marketplace
- Increase site traffic by 3X based on new site
- Clearly communicate and position our offerings.
How did you select this vendor?
Through our personal networks, we looked at a few agencies and did a brief case studies meetings. We looked at 3 companies and the main factor was Viewstream's body of work, case studies, awards and strategic approach.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
The scope was fairly detailed including brand creative, presentations, brand positioning, design, website and video. We were responsible for interviews and all subject matter. Viewstream was responsible for all execution - we reviewed and provided detailed feedback and Viewstream quickly turned it back for another round, moving the process along quickly.
What was the team composition?
We interacted mostly with Account team, including Director and Executive. The manager was working behind the scenes, and Creative Director, Specific Website PM and other writers attended meetings. Team changed throughout the process.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The main metric was that we achieved all our GTM timelines and brand goals. Traffic was also increased 3.5X and we there was a lot of qualitative feedback around how great everything looked and functioned.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was very effective and organized. We used Basecamp, Google Docs and productive.io to manage project.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They have the ability to take our story and bring to life in terms of brand and digital mediums. I would say the combination of service and creativity is unmatched in any agency that we have worked with.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Not at the current time. Maybe a bit more automation in the workflow could help.

To create videos and commercials that explain our services, including explaining complex topics such as incorporating data optimization to reduce case acquisition costs and improve the ROI on marketing and advertising campaigns for law firms.

Our CTO originally retained Viewstream for video projects.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
Projects include a 30 second and 90 second commercial to be played in Bellagio hotel rooms and at major attorney conferences including LitiQuest and MTMP (Mass Torts Made Perfect). Additional projects include videos for our website explaining are various services. These commercials utilized a great deal of slides, some explaining complex information.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
This included video scripts, proof videos, weekly calls and regular email correspondence.

The commercials have all been completed and the quality is outstanding.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Excellent workflow and communication process.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Andrew and his team were able to complete projects under very tight and often last-minute deadlines. Often our company slowed the process as we continually fine-tuned the videos and commercials with additional content. Viewstream was always patient but helped us stay on track with our deadlines.

I would recommend they continue following the same business model - it works.

Needed to create a solutions overview video to communicate our offering to a few new vertical segments.
What were your goals for this project?
Our main objective was to make sure we could communicate our differentiation while being relevant to the new market. Things like imagery, tone, brand coordination, and storytelling were paramount. The video will be used by Account and Sales teams, as well as general public usage to drive awareness and persuade prospects to take a meeting.
How did you select this vendor?
We looked locally, as well as through online searches. We considered three companies, including an incumbent. In the end. it was the creative awards and overall sense that the team got what we were looking to do. The entire product marketing and industry teams were involved.

Once selected, we did a series of discovery and content initiatives, working with us to get to know our business and how we wanted to communicate this offering. Then we worked on high level creative, storyboards and a short portion of the video, before we moved to full creative production. A very seamless process that really validated why we choose Viewstream in the first place.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
We had an account manager and a project manager. Team was very flexible to provide as many rounds of feedback required to deliver.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The video just launched so no immediate metrics, though stakeholder feedback has been very positive.

We used email and basecamp to manage the workflow. Communication, scheduling, and expectations were all performed flawlessly.

Thanks to Viewstream's site and marketing efforts, website leads and conversions increased by fivefold. Prospective customers also had a better understanding of the brand and its services. The Viewstream team impressed with their agile approach to creative design.
