Sometimes we had a paragraph where there should have been 12 pages, so we’d have to work through that and build requirements as we went. Even on the QA side, we identified proper test requirements as we went. It was an extremely difficult challenge, but they did a good job. We had a simple approach to the project, two weekly 5-10 minutes meetings, a Trello board and a group on Telegram for urgent questions. The approach was perfect for a project of this size and Leobit was very flexible regarding meeting times and very fast in responding to feedback, tasks and bug reports that I added to the Trello board. We had an apparent and straightforward communication path between myself and the developer. The project manager was more a controller/organizer and that worked perfectly.
