The scope of work encompassed a comprehensive end-to-end process to ensure the successful development and implementation of our Learning Management System (LMS). The work began with an in-depth understanding of the business case, enabling a clear alignment of goals and requirements. The team assisted us in planning the LMS build, designing the system architecture, and identifying weaknesses and pain points within our current system.

Throughout the process, they provided actionable recommendations to address these issues and enhance the user experience. The project included multiple releases across pre-production and production environments, ensuring iterative improvements and rigorous testing at each stage.

The key deliverables were delivered in the form of 14 distinct system versions, each building upon the last to refine functionality and address feedback. The culmination of this work was the successful deployment of a live system now being actively used by our users.

A total of 14 versions of the LMS were successfully released, each incorporating feedback and enhancements to align with user needs and expectations. Our users were successfully able to log in, set up their accounts, and make use of the features that we built.

Their project management was effective overall. While some deliverables were delayed, updated timelines were communicated and agreed upon in advance. They were highly responsive via messaging apps and regularly available to address our needs, ensuring smooth progress despite minor timing adjustments.

The lead engineering architect and lead designer, in particular, brought extensive knowledge and a high level of professionalism. Our business needs were complex, nuanced, and included many edge cases that needed to be accommodated. We were impressed with how well some team members were able to learn all the details and respond to change requests effectively.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Axon could have done differently?

While the project was successful overall, there were areas where Axon could improve. On a few occasions, timelines were delayed, or work had to be redone due to personnel issues on their end. The need to replace certain team members during the project caused some disruptions and created project hiccups. Addressing these challenges more proactively could help streamline future projects.

It simplifies communication between property owners, property managers, and tenants. It includes three functionality levels - the first is for technical support specialists, the second is for company staff and the third is for tenants and landlords.

The product is already in the production stage and several customers in on the plattform. The team currently is working on developing new functionality and further product development.

The core challenge was to integrate the application with the list of different solutions, such as Trello, Twillio, Filestage and others.

The app has been launched already and it works properly.

Due to the absence of overlapping business hours, we invented a convenient way to communicate and give feedback for development results. They submitted changes immediately at the end of their working hours and had fresh feedback from us the next day morning. Whenever a new functionality package was accomplished, the project manager recorded the demo video and sent it to us for feedback.

Tasks are assigned to technicians, so that they can complete their assignments. The Internet connection process is easier, more transparent and automated with the Wizer platform.

Axon is having a great "hands on" approach and wants to understand why we ask for new things to better provide input and challenge the ask we have, so everyone is on the same page with validated features that makes sense and generate values for the business and customers.

Our large-scale project outlines the creation of a digital platform that will serve the organization and conduct events. The preliminary duration of the project is 3-4 years, and the project’s performance is further broken down into several stages. The first stage includes the development of a custom ticket service that will allow the sale of tickets for our events as well as for events organized by our partners. It includes also the development of functionality allowing to the publication of promo materials on the platform.

Currently, the development team at Axon is conducting a business analysis phase, collecting the requirements for UX/UI design and programming simultaneously.

As the management of the team is performing on Axon’s side, there is no problem with the organization of the workflow between our teams. We maintain daily communication with Axon, their Project Manager provides us with all updates and project news. We have also access to the task management tool and chats with developers.

Even though our project is large-scale, the Axon team demonstrates a detailed approach to the development process. The team pays attention to all business requirements and how they will meet the needs of our end users.

We provide machine-learning-based software designed to solve the challenges of modern employees around enterprise applications, introducing to the market a new category called “Application Skills Development’’. Our service delivers a fundamentally new way of help and training in the enterprise space, through a video-based searchable library capturing the organization’s tribal knowledge.

We enlisted Axon to develop a search engine for an enterprise video content library. The search can be done via the web application, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge extensions. The solution is also empowered with JavaScript SDK and integration with Google Drive and Zoom.

TaskPod is a platform which links oour customer (the workpalce of the future) to technology enabled private spaces in public areas (e.g. Airports, shopping centres, etc.) Their development team has developed the following functionality for TaskPod: sophisticated booking system eliminating the possibility of booking overlapping, configured system for generation of pin codes providing access to the room regardless of network availability, integration with the smart keys solution, integration with Stripe, the system for automatic payments depending on the duration of the room usage is also implemented. Developmeent is ongoing as we move to native apps, discount codes, enterprise custoemrs, subscriprion custoemrs, recomendation engins etc.
