I’m the CEO of a SaaS platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with WEBY?

I was looking to outsource some development support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They mainly did backend development for the admin application, based on the requirements I provided. They worked in PHP and Symfony on the backend, and Ionic and Angular for the frontend. 

The platform uses APIs; managing data, updating, deleting, and enhancing given features with calculations for the occupancy rate for our software. They also implemented some Legacy calls from our PHP to Symfony backend.

I work with Lukasz (Senior PHP Developer) and one other team member.

I found them on the internet.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $25,000–$30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in May 2018, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They support us in an ongoing capacity in the development stream. They act quickly, implementing whatever is needed, and upgrade their resources as needed. Working with them has given us the ability to say yes to everything clients ask for. They help us solve issues technically and regarding resources. Their code is good quality; they deliver good products overall.

How did WEBY perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time, and within budget. Communication isn’t always the greatest since their English isn’t excellent, but we understand each other. We use Jira and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They provide good, steady work. We enjoy working with them. They’re experienced and capable of delivering more complicated projects.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they do pretty well.

Give detailed descriptions and discuss your expectations with them, and you should get good results.
