CLIENT’S PROJECT:

The client had a news platform where it was difficult to add new features. Testing was time-consuming. It was not scalable and not extensible.

CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS:

Migration to a new solution. Choosing technology, architecture, developing the portal.

WHAT WE DID:

We developed the news platform with Spring Framework, React, Elasticsearch, RabbitmMQ, Mysql and using

Wordpress as a backend editor.

OUTCOME:

We delivered the whole new platform. Due to our work, starting from 100k active users, now we reached to 450k of active users per month.

CLIENT’S PROJECT:

A recommending carriers system for given freight, based on data such as carrier's fleet, certificates, specific freight requirements etc.

CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS:

Collect data, make an analysis and determine the company's quality indicator based on the attributes and characteristics of the company.

WHAT WE DID:

After collecting the data, we performed the data analysis on

the Spark computing platform. The indicators were used to recommend freight carriers. Then we made the integrations of the mathematical model - the learning machine - an algorithm that scored the company (constant features).

OUTCOME:

We implemented one of the WOW features of new version of clients main product: transportation exchange.

System for rating business risk for transportation exchange participants. Project for analyzing transport companies.

Due to the database operations, preparation of a new mechanism, data processing, migration solutions and replacement of the old solution.

We implement a system for rating business risk for transportation exchange

participants. We designed the service and implemented to gather data about companies and then apply algorithms to calculate “risk index” of companies.

OUTCOME:

The project was developed as a microservice that gathers events. Due to automation provided by our system now, it's possible to rate more exchange participants and make business safer

The client wanted us to develop a management of corporate events - a module dedicated to the top 1 client. The next thing is unifying the shopping paths.

WHAT WE DID:

We implemented a backend and frontend module of the company's

party module within the cafeteria system for the top 1 client. Developing a new unified shopping path using new design architecture. Simultaneously, at every stage of development, we were conducting automated tests.

OUTCOME:

All the features required were delivered to the client. As part of maintaining the process, we continue to deliver new functionalities.

The client needed a stable tool for solving the data risk problem for authentication management.

CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS: A tool that allows generating configuration dynamically using consul and consul-template and can verify oAuth token

WHAT WE DID:

We delivered API Gateway based on HAProxy with LUA extension. We Integrated it with AWS Lambda using AWS SDK. Verification oAuth

token of incoming requests. Simultaneously, at every stage of development, we were conducting automated tests.

OUTCOME:

We improved the stability and security performance of the client's data. Now, the tool allows generating configuration dynamically using consul and consul-template.

A cross-competence dev team that will deliver features needed for launching an app like, setting training plans, access to the training plan on the phone for the client.

WHAT WE DID:

We have designed an architecture for

two applications: - web - ReactJS and mobile - React Native. The next part that was adjusted is the Serverless module - backend as a service - Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Message). We have used a CodePush to update the application. CI using Bitrise (coming soon with Fastlane).

OUTCOME:

I’m a project manager for the Trans.eu platform. We provide modern working tools integrating the transport community. My role is to lead project delivery and integration.

We needed Java and JavaScript expertise and we’d worked with fireup.pro previously. We helped them select a development team that could meet our requirements.

They collected and analyzed data about companies for the TransRisk Recommendation Module CBIF, a central database. Other services included invoicing, integration with telematics, integration with external vendors, system infrastructure, and an API gateway.

What was the team composition?

We worked with 15 backend developers, three frontend developers, four QA testers, a DevOps engineer, and a software architect.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We’ve seen a reduction in customer complaints regarding TransRisk service in the parts of our products which are already live. We expect the final delivery will have a major impact on our company and the market we operate in.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They manage the project using scrum methodology, and we’ve seen the benefits that system provides. Communication is very clear, using remote tools such as Skype, Jira, Google Hangouts, or email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?
