Until recently, we operated mostly offline—but thanks to NelcoSoft’s innovative solutions, we have transformed into a fully online presence. I’m the CEO of a real estate company. We specialize in selling real estate and training real estate agents.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nelcosoft?

We wanted to set up automated sales of video courses, including payment processing, providing user access to a third-party platform, API integration, automated email notifications, and CRM integration.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nelcosoft provided a complete turnkey solution, handling everything, including the design, backend, and server. The team was responsible for Linux server configuration and request routing setup, CI/CD pipeline setup, UI/UX design, logo creation, setting up GetCourse on the “courses” subdomain, email setup, configuration of automated email notifications for customers, headless CMS integration for order management, TipTopPay payment system integration, development of API endpoints for GetCourse and TipTopPay, payment security configuration, course access security configuration, endpoint for customer upgrade payments (for those who already paid for the first module), GetCourse integration, and order delivery from the website to the GetCourse CRM.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Nelcosoft delivered a high-quality web application that was ready to scale for any number of courses. The solution was convenient for us as a business and for our clients. It was fast and convenient for our clients to make payments, and they received automated notifications immediately after. Meanwhile, our team could see all the payments and requests in our CRM system, which Nelcosoft integrated for us via an API and our server by developing custom software.

How did Nelcosoft perform from a project management standpoint?

Nelcosoft’s project management was very professional; I was very satisfied. The team had a highly competent approach to tasks, and it was easy for us to collaborate with them. Moreover, they published and launched the project even earlier than we agreed. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Unlike other developers or agencies, Nelcosoft understood the task very quickly. As far as I could tell, they were capable of doing absolutely anything, whereas other companies told us it was impossible.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I was completely satisfied with everything, from the design to the overall process for both the users and our team. Nelcosoft also informed us that we had a warranty period, so if we noticed anything wrong, they would fix it. However, we had no complaints about them.
