I'm COO of a game development studio founded in 2012 and is passionate about Science and Science-Fiction. Currently, we're employing about 50 specialists in our studio in Lublin, Poland

Neurit.net helped us with an automatic web solution for game issue tracking. Our goal was to provide a convenient tool for players to submit comments and report bugs. Such solution was to facilitate our work planning and provide required elements to improve the quality of the game.

We have worked with Neurit.net before and were satisfied with the cooperation. We cared about the quality of the solution and advisory.

The best thing about working with Neurit.net was that we presented the requirement and it was done. We didn't lay out the key milestones, we outlined our expectations and once every few weeks we got a version to test.

We were in direct contact with 2 engineers from Neurit team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was quickly deployed live and used by over 200k players. We have collected over 4k player reports in one place, marked with emoticons expressing player emotions, along with information about the number of FPS and the most important information needed to fix bugs - the output log file.

This shows that the solution has caught on and provided us with the information we need.

We have no reservations about the management of the project, the delivery date was as agreed. We contacted using Discord platform and emails.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We got more than what we asked for, the engineers found a deficiency in our plan, proposed a solution and implemented it.
