Please describe your company and your position there.

We are an air-conditioning installation company, we were looking for a company to carry out small internet projects.

For what projects/services did your company hire 2Qbs, and what were your goals?

We hired 2qbs to create a completely new website as well as an application for managing air conditioning installations and creating inventory. Currently, both products provide us with new customers and allow us to manage the company more efficiently.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have known the owner of the company for a long time, the product was created at a good price and also made in accordance with our expectations.

The website is based on wordpress, while the application is based on Vue.js with Firebase.

I was running the whole project myself as the owner of the company.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Much more traffic on the website and, most importantly, thanks to the application, we maintain constant contact with customers and we can precisely manage the time of teams assembling devices at our customers' premises.

I contacted the owner of the company directly, we had several meetings where we discussed the details, the rest was dealt mainly by e-mail and telephone

I liked their knowledge, experience, and how easy they transfer information to a non-technical person.

no, everything was fine.
