Softdog helps us develop our software and hardware for cryptocurrency mining. They do all kinds of configurations for our existing software.

A friend recommended them. They were located near us, so it was easy to contact them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s been a good collaboration. They help us, and everything works well. We’re happy with their work. We’ve only had one issue with a part of the design, but they fixed it by sending it to the manufacturer to replace it.

How did Softdog perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is good; there weren’t any problems. Softdog’s team is responsive. We communicate via phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They do everything correctly and are trustworthy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them improve. It’s been a good experience.

Give them a try.

I needed a software development partner.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I’ve completed 3–4 projects with Softdog. Softdog has done everything I ask them, from app development to website design and development; they also manage the website. As part of one project, they’ve developed some blockchain technologies. They’ve also created graphics cards for the bitcoin mining rigs they’ve developed. 

What is the team composition?

I’m not quite sure how many teammates are working on the project. However, I do know the owner.

I found Softdog on a website.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve invested around 1.5 million złoty (approximately $311,000 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership began in April 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’ve made a lot of money off the mining rigs Softdog has developed for me, which is very good. The site has met my expectations. Our partnership is good for both of us.

How did Softdog perform from a project management standpoint?

The project management has been very good; everything is delivered on time and within budget. To communicate, we primarily use WhatsApp and email. They always made sure to incorporate my ideas and feedback. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their prices are excellent.

Everything is fine.

I have no advice for future customers; everything has gone well.

We are a start-up and provide a platform on which local authorities can lend to each other. I am a board member.

For what projects/services did your company hire Softdog, and what were your goals?

Softdog was to develop a web platform (software) that would allow local authorities to lend money to each other. The platform was also supposed to enable companies to grant loans to local government units.

How did you select Softdog and what were the deciding factors?

We found them through a referral. Price, speed and quality were the deciding factors.

Overall preparation of a functional lending platform with a website and working software.

There were 2 people in the team, a project manager and senior developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website and software works without problems and has all the planned functionality.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management was great, especially compared to other vendors we're worked with. They regularly met deadlines. We communicated through Discord, phone, e-mail.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very innovative and creative.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I can't think of anything here.
