Inconsistent HR processes that work slow and require several different platforms instead of one full suite of necessary app.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Streamlining many different processes around HR and recruitment, including: integration app to manage job positions on many job portals from one place, good control over recruitment planning and processes, managing time-offs and work contracts, documentat management system, surveys.

It changed a few times on the way, but there was always a product manager, some SMEs and 2-4 developers

• Many hundreds employees were hired through the app 
• Over hundreds in-app daily users

They actually delivered the solutions we needed. Their understating of problems is special, they always analyze and validate every decision, delivering only top-notch products. We felt as if they were a part of our company; every decision was based on the greatest benefit to us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The company is dynamic, so there were often changes among the team members, so there was additional time needed to introduce new people to the project.
