What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• 12M+ flows run on a yearly basis via the interfaces and platform we have build together.
• Completely reusable and redeployable flows for any affiliate in the world which enables shorter deployment times and streamlines delivery.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We work in SCRUM mode, therefore deliveries are time-boxed. We have never had issues with timely deliveries because of the vendor. In integration you manage lots of dependencies and the vendard is usually not the one that is stopping progress.

They've always been fast and happy to respond to our changing requirements, providing us with advice and guidance.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

• I think the most important part of this vendor is that they listen to us. They understand what we need and are willing to make the extra steps to help us out. The relationship is based on trust.
• When things go sideways they are also very quick to respond even if it means going outside of contractual bonds in order to resolve the situation. This is something we find unique with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Multishoring could have done differently?

We have traditionally always relied on internals to create designs and drive the developments. This is changing recently and we are working with Multishoring to adapt to the new ways. We are basically asking from their employees to start acting as part of our company meaning they can do research and development as if they are sitting in Pernod Ricard.
