I’m the owner and founder of a company that offers web design and web development services.

The main goals for all our projects are to build high-quality and user-friendly websites that work well on a variety of browsers and devices.

WP Doin is responsible for the backend work on all our projects. Specifically, they work on integrating HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with WordPress. They’ve also been responsible for setting up the websites on a live server and optimizing them for SEO and speed.

What was the team composition?

Our team usually consists of two people—a frontend developer on our side and a backend developer on theirs.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The biggest outcome from our collaboration with WP Doin is that our clients are very satisfied with their results. All projects have been delivered on time and with the highest quality.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We've been using two main apps to organize our projects. Slack is mainly to communicate minor issues, and Basecamp helps us break down projects into smaller tasks and set up milestones. This way of managing our projects is efficient and helps us stick to the deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I would like to point out two things. First, they're very responsible and reliable. Second, WP Doin pays attention to the small details that are very important for the overall UX.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Obviously, everything can be improved, but we’re generally satisfied with the results and our workflow.
