Webcrafters understood perfectly well that we rely on them when it comes to tech aspects of the website. We knew what marketing goals we'd like to achieve with it, but we didn't have the knowledge to build the website on our own. This is why instead of a web development agency we were looking for a tech partner and Webcrafters were the right people for the job.
They not only guided us from day 1, explained why specific solutions are the right choice, but also made sure that we're covered and taken care of after the deployment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We never actually had a website that was able to generate leads. Our business grew thanks to my networking and other clients recommending us to people they know. At this moment we're growing faster than ever thanks to Webcrafters and the website they built because our new website does exactly what it should - it makes visitors turn into clients and I believe we have Webcrafters to thank for it.

We had a Slack channel so every stakeholder on our end could get in touch with Webcrafter's team. On top of that we exchanged emails with Webcrafter's Project Manager. Also, every week we had a short meeting to touch base and discuss next steps. The communication was superb.

In our line of business enabling a flexible way to build products that meet requirements of our potential customers in extremely crucial. Having a tool where they can not only configure a product with the right dimensions, but where they also can see pricing estimates is often a deal-breaker when deciding whether they would buy from us or go somewhere else.
This is why we wanted to make sure that the company responsible for creating this feature on our website will take the job seriously. And we were not wrong when we chose WebCrafters, because they created exactly the product we needed and after completing the task they also took over the maintenance to make sure that everything works properly.

They created a feature we needed and they understood what we need to achieve with it, so they contributed and shared their experience to make sure that the product will be useful from our perspective, but also that potential customers would find it helpful. From our perspective they delivered a product and did their best to make it as good as possible.

We weren't expecting a ton of communication because for many companies the task seemed pretty straightforward, but WebCrafters turned out to be different in this aspect as well. They assigned us a Project Manager, we could also consult with the CTO and were introduced to the CEO. WebCrafters did their best to support us and provide the ultimate experience and succeeded.

Their approach. From the start they emphasized that they are always looking for a partnership, a vendor-client relationship. At first we were sure that this is just iddle chatter, like many companies promise and then don't remember about as soon as the contract is signed. We soon realized that they take this promise seriously and this is one of the reasons why we continued to work with them.
