Please describe your company and your position there.

Digispot is a company that specializes in conversion rate optimization (CRO).

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire atEnbi, and what were your goals?

atEnbi supports us in the development of existing and new applications. Based on our needs in Ruby on Rails they are always there to lend us a hand with our projects and operations. We use agile software development methods with our own Atlassian tools that work extremely well in cooperation with atEnbi, and their team members were easily integrated into our internal tools.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Through a network of connections, I was able to contact Jaroslaw, the CEO, and then the actual developers, which led to the collaboration with atEnbi. Our collaboration is especially successful because they are always available for a chat and take our requests and feedback into account. They also proactively take part in the ideation process and are able to come up with solutions to our needs or problems in our projects.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The cooperation exists to support the development of our applications. The first phase was about support in bug fixing, and small improvements. atEnbi were always at our side with their advice and insights.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager and one developer are available to us at all times.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

High code quality, few bugs, few extra fixes needed, code easy to merge with old code and commits of your developers

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They use proactive communication and an understanding of agile methods in software development with friendly and open feedback. Our project tool setup is Google Meets, Slack, Jira, Confluence and Toggl.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The culture of atEnbi is informal, friendly and human. Their employees have the opportunity to work freely and proactively and thus accompany us in the best possible way.
