• There was a direct business impact due to slow payment providers onboarding we wanted to avoid. We were looking for a team who can take an ownership of payments gateway implementation, with expertise in AWS and server technologies. After successfully completing our first project, we decided to extend our partnership for develop together new objectives.

We came with a request to build Payment Gateway to enable new payment providers efficiently and fast. They build the full-featured platform, integrated several providers and we decided to prolong our cooperation and build admin panel, reporting and fraud detection systems.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They built for us Payment Gateway platform and integrated several providers. The platform servers as a central point of payments till now with dozens of payment providers. After we decided to take a look at admin panel for transactions management and fraud detection module. We didn't know how to better implement fraud detection. Pinobyte was able to design a very attractive UI and process of fraud detection. After a few months we had a working solution that helped us making informed decisions and put on hold suspicious clients.

PinoByte team kept good communication. They delivered most things on time, our Project Manager was assigned to oversee their projects progress. When we needed changes, they reacted fast and found solutions. Overall, they were a reliable partner with professional approach.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was their strong technical expertise and ability to build complex systems. They implemented a plugin-based solution for payment providers and it took 2 weeks in average to add new payment 3rd party. Team was always good in communication and productive, speed of development and expertise level was impressing.
