4.5 Oct 6, 2025CTS has provided quality oversight of our network systems, which has been successful, including resolving some legacy issues. Our internal staff reports faster resolution times and appreciates the ability to call and get access to a roster of experts who respond swiftly. We no longer need to provide data about our assets because CTS has it all on file. Their billing and customer service are organized and punctual. Our large phone system upgrade is imminent and going well. CTS has been punctual and collaborative. They listen and are capable. We communicate via videoconferences, a ticketing system, and in-person meetings. They're flexible.
