The client needed more than just candidate sourcing. They required a strategic partner who could bring structure, speed, and expertise to the entire hiring lifecycle. ### Enhancing Security for a Financial Firm
PSM Partners partnered with a financial services client seeking private funding to enhance their IT security posture and meet strict investor and regulatory requirements. The client’s existing environment lacked the structure, visibility, and controls needed to pass security audits and support business growth. 
To address these challenges, PSM delivered a comprehensive security transformation focused on both immediate risk reduction and long-term scalability.
