I'm the office administrator of a law firm which had 8 attorneys and 6 staff.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

A former assistant selected this vendor in consultation with a former partner of the firm. They interviewed several candidates.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

They evaluated and set up our IT infrastructure to meet the needs of the firm. After that they continued to manage our IT needs. They were very responsive to any problems that occurred with hardware and assisted with installation and management of cloud based systems.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with the management team, office staff and several different IT specialists all of whom were responsive and knowledgeable.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After taking over our IT management, there hasn’t been any downtime and our internet speed increased based on their recommendations for upgrades. They were readily available for any unexpected issues.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. Always responsive to questions/inquiries.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by their responsiveness and thoroughness.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can think of.

Unsure Aspire was already engaged with us when I started my position.

Aspire handles all day-to-day operations for our IT department including security, server maintenance, remote support services, equipment purchases, and special project like a recent move to office 365 from and exchange server.

At this point I believe we have used everyone on the team at some point.
