We deal with the owner personally, and they have a team monitoring our computers and data.

We found them through a referral. When we spoke with them, they were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Whenever we have an IT issue, the team deals with it immediately. In major cases, they fix problems within a day. We send an email, and ITS Canada Inc. puts it through their ticket system. Within 24 hours, they take care of it. If it can’t be resolved, the team does research and resolves it within the next two or three days.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their reliability and quick response times are impressive. ITS Canada Inc. dealt with the service provider when one of our servers was slow and switched us to a different server.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing they need to improve. We haven't experienced any issue that stops us from working.

We work with Fred Turner at ITS Canada and he manages our security, website updates, ongoing projects and support annually. It feels like he is available to us 24/7 and his response time, attention to detail and the care he puts into our business is beyond 5 star. Our work is ongoing but Fred manages everything in a timely manner, is clear about expectations and is very results oriented.

Our website functionality improves every year as we introduce new features and Fred helps us think through all of the steps methodically and makes sure that we are protecting ourselves and our customers from a security perpspective as well as from an ease of use perspective.

ITS Canada converted all data and programs from DropBox to Datto Workplace to gain greater security of confidential client information and greater ability to retrieve information in the event of accidental loss.
Instant resolution of IT issues as they arrise via 24/7 support team, whether it's a software issue, hardware issue, vendor recommendations or general IT question
Ongoing monitoring for threats to server and laptops, including security awareness training

ITS Canada performed big tasks in the agreed upon time frame and continually updated me on the progress. They communicated and explained everything clearly to ensure I understood exactly what was being done with the our programs and data. This was critical to ensure no loss of information, confidentiality of client information and peace of mind, which was greatly appreciated. With respect to ongoing issues, the response time was almost immediate, usually within a minute or two. They truly provide excellent customer service.
