Techmedics was originally hired to mitigate a compromise in one of our business units. Since then, Techmedics identified the root cause of the compromise and cleaned up the environment. We have been a managed services client for the last 3 years, with 0 compromises/breaches. 

We were previously compromised while being supported by another MSP. Since Techmedics has partnered with us as our MSP, we have not been breached mainly due to implementation of the cybersecurity solutions Techmedics recommended in the security assessment they conducted before becoming partners with us.

• Zero intrusions or breaches in 3 years.
• Increasing company culture of cybersecurity awareness.

Don't change things around. The current way Techmedics is operating is the reason we engaged them.

Techmedicsis managing our entire IT infrastructure including all procedures/SOPs, software and hardware needs.  Our team uses them as an outsourced IT department for any issues they may have, they are guiding us through a complicated ISO certification process and also serve as a fractional Chief Technology Office (CTO).

They have successfully onboarded 17 computers and made them all secure devices.  We are now working on the 2nd part of the engagement, the ISO certification process and all tasks are being performed smoothly and on-time as planned.

We have used Techmedics with server installation services, Network design in our warehouse, installation of access points to modernize our WiFi speeds and range our DC. We upgraded our VM hosts, network infrastructure and relocated offices using Techmedics throughout many years of services. Their team of experts have recommend suitable hardware, and ensured optimal setup for enhanced performance and coverage. 

Along with projects, Techmedics offers managed services to monitor and manage networks - including integrated cloud communications, security, contact center, managed devices, connectivity, and advanced technology solutions. Techmedics offers all of the benefits of an in-house IT support team, without the steep costs. Or they can compliment an existing team with additional support and resources when and where you need it.

We used Techmedics consulting services worked hand-in-hand with our IT projects - we upgraded and modernized our techstack from the ground up. This included server upgrades, configuration, vm relocation, hardening, desktop rollouts, and network management services. After modernization was completed, we used Techmedics MSP services. They were able to prevent, mitigate, and respond to security threats in real time.

Over a period of several years, TechMedics has taken over the previous service providers technology debt and transformed our IT services to be both modern and predictable to manage. We have upgraded our ISPs, equipment and strategy to meet the needs of our customer

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Monthly virtual check-in helped us navigate the key points that our team needed to address. We were able to clearly communicate, schedule, and accomplish our goals. Our IT stack had to be controlled, updated, and optimized in the right order for things to work properly and for our end users to not experience any disruption.

TechMedics has always delivered on time. And in cases of emergency or priority, their team has been assisting and supporting our needs. We collaborate on a high effective system of reporting, addressing, and planning future needs.

Leadership of the company is tenacious and consistently learning. And with a high skilled team, we are capable of talking at a very high level about needs and how to address them.

I don't believe so. They have addressed and completed multiple projects at a level of quality higher than I have experienced elsewhere.

TechMedics manages and maintains our Cisco network gear and manages our physical servers. They provide firewall assessment for PCI compliance. They provide remote backup for our physical devices. They manage our Office/MS 365 environment. They assist with needs assessment and provisioning of network and server gear.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

TechMedics has provided service within their SLAs at all times. This is an ongoing MSP arrangement so there are few defined metrics beyond meeting or exceeding their SLAs.

Delivery of services and gear has been consistently timely. They have always been available to discuss issues and provide advice as requested. They also proactively manage both our environment and needs for device, software and license renewals, which they track for us.

They are large enough to have highly skilled engineers available for our networking, security and Windows server management needs, but small enough that their engineering staff is able to learn our environment and provide personalized service.

I am not aware of any areas where we would like TechMedics to provide services differently.
