What was the scope of their involvement?

Total Secure Technology provides IT managed services and cybersecurity. The team helps with virus alerts and threat monitoring, and they've configured SharePoint for us. A few years ago, we also worked on an email migration project. Total Secure Technology has replaced our workstations over the years and has been good about letting us know when things are coming up.

As for the process, Total Secure Technology tries to troubleshoot remotely. If they can't figure it out remotely, they send someone on-site. Still, the team can fix about 90% of our issues remotely.

What is the team composition?

We've worked with several individuals over the years, including Alex and Kevin, who are help desk technicians at different levels.

How did you come to work with Total Secure Technology?

We found Total Secure Technology through a Google search. We did an initial call and hit it off. The team's pricing was good, and they checked all the boxes, so we went with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent about $120,000. We spend around $1,500 per month, but that cost varies depending on the size of our different projects.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around April 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

Total Secure Technology has taken a load off my shoulders. The team has decreased the amount of tech support on my plate. I've saved at least eight hours a week since working with Total Secure Technology. The team has also provided a good ROI.

Total Secure Technology has been consistent in terms of project delivery. The team sends many updates, reports, and statuses. The reports are very thoughtful and detailed. Total Secure Technology is very well organized.

We use a ticketing system, email, and phone calls to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I've never had an issue with someone from their team talking down to me, which is usual when talking to technical people. Total Secure Technology makes me feel like a person, which is appreciated.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When we started working with Total Secure Technology, they were still trying to learn the system and our dynamics. There were some rough patches, but we were in a good spot now, so I have no complaints.

Pay attention to the emails that come in when you're setting up. Put the time in at the beginning, and it will be easy.
