What’s very challenging in the museum setting is that we’re often dealing with either living artists or those who are deceased and have estates that manage their copyrights and artwork. We had to gain permission from not only the license holders but sometimes the artists of the estate. They gave us the tools in order to help us present the information easily and clearly to those other stakeholders in and outside of the museum.

I have been extremely pleased that from their end, everything runs on time, and we have a project schedule to which we strictly adhere. The quality of work is great, too. There have been a couple of projects where we were upgrading the Sitecore system; we had to upgrade from Sitecore 6.1 to 6.5. That upgrade was completely flawless. Projects never come in early and under-budget; that never happens. I feel very confident in working with them, and that’s largely why this year we’re jumping into such large projects with them.
