Our revenue from email automations has increased from $0 to $80,000 per month. The attributed revenue per email recipient has increased from $0.99 to $2.09, and our SMS list has grown by 500%. We measure customer retention through return purchases and maintained subscribers to email and SMS.

We've worked with TGM in various capacities since 2016. In 2016 they scaled our ads from a few thousand a month to hundreds of thousands a month with profitable ROAS. We eventually brought our ad buying in house until we started working with TGM again in 2020 when they oversaw all of our online advertising on Facebook and Google. They were organized, had a plan of attack, executed, and was easy to get ahold of when there were questions.

In 2016 they brought us from spending a few thousand a month to hundreds of thousands profitably. In 2020, they helped us navigate the pandemic and the launch of a new division of our company.
