NetReputation did nothing. They guaranteed they could remove the reviews, but after my check cleared, they advised of their failure and inability to remove the reviews. They already knew this prior to taking my money. I wasted the fee and have nothing to show for it.

A couple of years ago, I had a deeply embarrassing incident that went public. •  7 of the 9 toxic links were fully removed from page one.

•  The remaining negative link was demoted from position #1 to the bottom of page one (position #9–10) and continues to drop weekly.

I didn’t need it—Danny’s updates were crystal-clear—but I know some people love extra transparency.

That said, this is a wish for an already outstanding service, not a critique. They over-delivered on every promise, and I wouldn’t change a thing about how they handled my project.

They’ve designed and developed the site and leveraged it to create an SEO strategy that utilized site photos, content, and backlinks to address the client’s issue with negative information.

After that, they’ve created about 19 different locations within the internet which allows for information to be distributed from my new website to those locations. They’ve also established various social media locations as well. All these are part of their distribution strategy so that our Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn channels are very much aligned and populated with the same information.

Additionally, they’ve led three advertising campaigns for us. They’ve done a fantastic job in developing, distributing, and helping content about us get picked up by various media outlets. They’ve created blog content as well.

Aside from that, there has also been a significant growth in the number of articles they’ve developed about me across all channels, including Google, Bing, Yahoo, and social media, which is incredibly impressive.

I originally only signed on for a three-month contract, but realizing that the long-term effect of their support for my company will be positive and much bigger, I have decided to sign off on a year’s contract with them. They’ve delivered great results consistently since then.

I have had ongoing issues with identity theft issues corresponding to primarily police report records from 25 years ago. For example, my information on some websites show me being arrested in the state of Michigan. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO MICHIGAN IN MY LIFE; HOWEVER, SOMEONE USED MY SENSITIVE INFORMATION (DATE OF BIRTH LICENSE ETC). I contacted the Michigan State Police and ran a paid statewide background search that shows of course NO ARRESTED RECORDS. 

Now primarily Bing search still shows the fraudulent information along with many others. Some records show me as incarcerated for twelve DUI's. There are dozens of counties throughout the US that have sometimes 20 plus juristictions. It is been impossible for me to make nearly 100 phone calls to clear my record. This is why I have used Netreputation for several years to help me with various extortion sites.

As I indicated, I have used NetReputation several times in the past. Those issues were resolved only with their help. There is actually work in progress at this moment for a few more identity extortion sites to clear up. If NetReputation was not a stellar company that I trust, I would not be using them again after two years. So, there is work in progress!

NetReputation created 20+ online assets for me in the form of a personal website, social media sites, and articles to amplify my positive online presence and push down negative content. 

We had a variety of meetings throughout the campaign, explained everything step by step, and told me what their plan and strategy were for the campaign. They also gave me a monthly report on the progress of the campaign.

• Pushed the negative content down significantly. Negative content started at the fourth link on the first page, and the NetReputation team managed to push the negative content down all the way to the middle of the second page and I anticipate it'll get pushed down further to page three by the end of the campaign which would make me very happy.

Everything was delivered on time, and they answered my emails very promptly. Emergency meetings I had in the early days of the campaign were honored, which I really appreciated. Customer service at NetReputation is the best I've seen for any service.
