What stood out most about RiseUp was their holistic, results-oriented approach, blending technical expertise with proactive communication and adaptability. This combination made them a unique partner rather than just a service provider.

Overall, RiseUp Agency delivered and does still carry on to deliver strong results and managed projects effectively. Areas for improvement would most probably be from my part not there's, if I had more time to spend with there team and not stretched around the business, we could most probably achieve more, but I am looking at giving RiseUp more support soon to action this.

The scope of work for this project was to enhance our digital presence and improve organic search rankings. We needed a comprehensive strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO audits to increase our visibility on search engines. A key part of their support was also to build brand awareness through a multi-channel digital marketing campaign. The campaign included content creation, social media engagement, and outreach efforts to secure high-quality backlinks, ultimately establishing our brand as an authority in the industry.

The project delivered clear signs of progress, with improved efficiency across campaigns and stronger alignment between spend and business goals. Campaign structures are now more robust, with greater transparency over performance and clearer insights to guide decision-making. Importantly, the account is now positioned for sustainable growth, with stronger tracking foundations in place to measure ROI and support future optimisation.

They manage our Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram accounts. Our main goal is to get the website going, so they focus on SEO and PPC.

I found them through a Google search. I chose GSM because they were very knowledgeable and gave me a better understanding of their industry, and I felt they were quite genuine in their helpfulness. Additionally, they’re a Google partner, which also sold me on them.

Our ROI has massively improved since working with GSM. Our objective is nine-to-one ROI, and we’re currently at eight-to-one, so their work has driven my sales very well. Moreover, the team is helpful and informative.

I have weekly phone calls with them. Every two weeks, we have video calls where they go through everything and help me better understand what they’re doing. When I email them for a report, they get back to me straight away. There hasn’t been any misstep regarding targets or deadlines.

I’m impressed by how GSM’s lessons in e-commerce and their marketing efforts have transformed my company’s revenue. They’re very professional and knowledgeable, and they’ve really helped us.

Other people we previously worked with talked too much about technicalities and used jargon. Meanwhile, Global Search makes everything simple for us. They’re so easy to work with.

They’ve performed reasonably well. We like that we get to talk directly to the PPC and SEO specialists through monday.com, which we use to manage the project. We can keep track of their progress easily, so they’ve handled it pretty well. For video conferences, we use Google Meet. We also exchange emails.

Global Search offers a very personalized service. They stand out because they’ve been really keen to get to know our business and our needs so they could provide a good solution. Communication is also excellent. Overall, they feel like an extension of our team who are there to support us.
