Bind have always been able to manage whatever workload we have given them. As time has gone on, the scope of the project has grown substantially and the additional work we have given them has never been a problem. Response times have been very quick, generally just a few minutes when needed. We have never been left waiting with any questions or issues left unanswered. All problems (though very rare) have been addressed immediately and primarily caused through 3rd party system errors on our side than human errors on the side of Bind. They have a very knowledgeable, helpful team, all of whom have delivered in terms of outcomes and deadlines. Having had just the one account manager has been especially helpful to us as he has developed a really strong understanding of our business and requirements, which reflects in the outcomes delivered.
