I'm a director in a marketing and PR recruitment agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with AMBITIOUS?

We needed to do a website overview in relation to content and SEO, so we hired AMBITIOUS.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I had an email exchange with Claire (Digital Communications Manager) who was undertaking the site audit for us. She asked me a lot of general questions about our business, goals, and so on. She then came back a couple of days later to present us with a very in-depth document that showed how we could change our website, use content in a more effective way, and improve our SEO. 

We’re now moving into the process of building a new website, which we are coordinating with our development team.

I mostly work with Claire.

How did you come to work with AMBITIOUS?

I've known one of the directors for 20 years.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started this project in May 2021, and it is ongoing.

Thus far, the team has been excellent. They are super helpful and really easy to work with. 

How did AMBITIOUS perform from a project management standpoint?

We mostly communicate through email. We’re not utilizing any project management tools. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

AMBITIOUS takes the time to understand what you're trying to achieve. They have the ability to instantly know what makes your business work.
