American Eagle coordinated the domain transfer and helped guide the overall setup of our new website. They recommended the Shopify platform and theme, created the site layout, and imported our existing products and customer data from the old site. 
They also set up email campaigns, integrated ShipStation and QuickBooks with the new Shopify store, and provided backend training and support. In addition, they guided us in setting up our Facebook and Instagram channels, helped establish our Meta ads account, and are now managing daily and weekly posts to build awareness and drive traffic to the new site.

Overall we had a great experience. The only suggestion would be to ensure that development changes are reviewed holistically before publishing to production—for example confirming that Shopify Flow configurations created in dev are fully updated for the live environment to prevent errors.

What started as a projecvt for website development has expanded into email marketing and eventually social media marketing initiatives. Americaneagle.com has built and rebuilt our site four times. As technology and customer expectations change, it often makes more sense to rebuild on a new platform than to keep making incremental changes. We don’t have an in-house development team, so after a site is built, we use monthly retainer hours to handle everything from web design to front-end development and third-party integrations, such as marketing tools and advanced analytics tracking.
