For confidentiality reasons, I can disclose only limited information:

We had weekly meetings and biweekly reports, but also several ad-hoc calls to refine/discuss suggestions. Everything worked smooth and was really a great collaboration.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I started to say "knowledge, attitude, and professionalism" but this makes it sound like I was working with McKinsey. They were incredibly smart, fun to work with, and went the extra mile without being asked.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, on the contrary. We slowed them down because we did not have enough bandwidth in decision making to leverage more of their suggestions.

After a quick discussion on the matter with Claudiu, I knew he is the right person to manage this project for us, as he overcame the same obstacles himself at some point.

Everything started with a discovery workshop, an interactive meeting that helped M&C to better understand our business and our objectives. Besides that, this workshop really helped me and my partners align our vision for the future, so I think it provided a great deal of value even outside of the projects' scope.

After the workshop, M&C team got down to work and did a really good job with researching the market and competitors, along with a very detailed audit of our current state of online presence. After discussing the research, they developed the strategy and presented us with an initial draft. This draft was very well documented and every detail made a lot of sense, so it was just so small adjustments to do after the first iteration.

As we have many prerequisites to put in place before starting to implement the strategy per se, we don't have any numbers at this point, but we are very confident that our objectives will be met and maybe even surpassed after we start the implementation.

We really appreciated the fact that every meeting had a clear agenda. All the team members had a very thoughtful approach to our time. All the emails were to the point and easy to follow-up and phone calls were kept to a minimum.

Claudiu, the head of strategy put his entire experience to work for this project and went above and beyond advising us even for some small topics that were out of the projects' scope.

They should just keep up the amazing work they are doing.

After a thorough research and a few discussions with the selected vendors, we choose Milk & Cookies due to their fresh ideas, openess and flexibility.

For all three projects, they started with doing research, analyzing the market, the competitors, etc. After that, we had a workshop to discuss their findings and clarify the next steps. It was then time for M&C to start working on the actual new strategy and from time to time we exchanged opinions.

Once the strategy was done, we had another workshop in which they presented it, we had our feedback, which was implemented quickly, and there you go, we were handed off our final strategy. As mentioned, for the social media part, they also handled the copywriting, posting, ads budget, etc.

In the last 2 years, we've increased our online presence and reach by over 200%. The lead generation process helped us to get a bunch of calls and in the end onboarded a few new clients.

For the most recent social media posts project, after less than 2 months in, we've had an increase on Linkedin of 15-20% in followers and also our posts now get a lot more reactions.
