Katya has always been very responsive, she was available over the phone, emails and via face to face meetings in our office. Given the restrictions in Sydney, we started to move more of our collaboration online using Google apps.

Strategy:SOUP implemented a dual strategy, using search and shopping channels to focus on new client acquisition. Our intent was to balance Rogue Beauty's existing B2B business with a growing DTC segment, thereby driving customer growth and revenue via their online store.
Results:SOUP’s strategy led to substantial increases - 101% increase in online sales YoY, effectively doubling their previous numbers. Moreover, total revenue jumped by an impressive 250%. Cost-efficiency has also improved, reducing the average cost-per-click (CPC) by 10%. Demonstrating the ability to reach a larger customer base more efficiently.
