The project manager was always easy to reach out to, quick to understand every assignment and even quicker to pass new information to the designer, who was punctual and fast in the execution of the tasks. The most impressive part to us was the speed in which they managed to finish the entire project. The initial delay they gave us was 3 months, but the website was done in about 20 days, with minor details which were left to be cleared up and fixed.

C42 strictly followed their very structured process outlined by the SOW. Timelines were tightly held by C42. Customer was the holdup and cause for extended development schedule. C42 team was very interactive from the very first introductory call. Their use of Basecamp as a communication tool took a moment to get used to but worked very well. They were equally responsive in other communication tools such as email and phone calls, but clearly prefer Basecamp for record keeping and their internal communication with team members. C42 seems committed to making sure their service and deliverables are prompt and on time. Any delays were customer related. C42 was very understanding when it came to our internal content review and the delays that it caused while gaining team member consensus.

Our solution is very successful and that is due to the team's ability to adapt to new challenges quickly. Pharmacy is constantly changing (legislation, new good practice policies, new services etc) so the developers have coded the system in a way that was can adapt quickly whenever we need to. They are also unbelievably responsive to changes and research a solution if they cannot think of one on the spot and get back to my team with a proposed plan and time frame.
