I’m the marketing coordinator and office admin of a company that’s currently building a 16-unit real estate project.

We hired Brand Vision for their UI/UX design and digital marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

For our digital marketing campaigns, we use social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube. All the videos featured on YouTube and the website have been made by Brand Vision. The videos are mainly animated, and we collaborate on creating scripts and audio mixing. The team also creates visuals for our social media ads. 

In terms of UI/UX design, we give them a list of things that need to be highlighted. Then, they do everything else by themselves. They’re also in charge of our overall marketing strategy, Google Ads efforts, and branding campaigns. 

What is the team composition?

We work with 3–4 people in total. We’ve been in contact with a content creator and a website designer.

Brand Vision was a referral to us by another company. 

How much have you invested with them?

Our contract with them is between $45,000–$50,000 CAD (approximately $36,000–$40,000 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the partnership in February 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The main metric we track is the pre-construction sales registration, which is the number of people that are interested in the units. We’ve had more than 500–700 registrations within the first five months of the project — that’s a big success for our marketing efforts. Overall, I’m happy with Brand Vision. Everything seems to be great at the moment; they’ve exceeded my expectations. 

How did Brand Vision perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is great. Everything has been fast and organized, so I don’t have any complaints about it. To communicate, we mainly use emails. Sometimes, we also use phone calls and Zoom meetings. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Brand Vision has an outstanding knowledge of the real estate industry. It’s usually hard to explain the project’s details to most other marketing companies. By contrast, the Brand Vision team has worked in the real estate industry before, so they understand the project. That reflects in their content creation efforts.

No, there aren’t any.

Check whether Brand Vision has done a project similar to yours before. That way, you’ll know whether they understand your project or not.

Brand Vision handled the development and design efforts of our Wix website. We provided some content, including the about us section. We also featured our products on the site, including original and discounted fragrance brands. There were multiple pages, with scroll animation and background transitions, too. On the design, the team advised us on what colors and logo design to incorporate.

We worked with four people from Brand Vision, including a project manager, a designer, a UX/UI expert, and a content writer.

I found them on Instagram, and I liked the samples they showed us and the project overview they presented.

We spent $7,000–$8,000.

We worked together from November–December 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We didn’t launch the site yet, but we were extremely happy with our site’s design. Brand Vision worked quickly and professionally, getting our approval prior to publishing any content. As a result, we’d hire their team again to work on our logo and branding project.

How did Brand Vision perform from a project management perspective?

They were always available and responsive. We communicated via email and Zoom calls. They used screen share on Zoom to teach us how to navigate our platform’s dashboard.

They worked quickly without compromising quality, and they offered us a better experience than other vendors, especially with their impressive timeline.

I’m the marketing coordinator at Quick Consols. We specialize in software for financial calculation and work with a lot of big businesses that struggle with their financial management.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brand Vision?

A lot of the money we were spending on ads weren’t turning into leads because of the quality of our website. It wasn’t user-friendly, and it wasn’t clear what we offered as a company. We needed someone to do UI design and content marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

After redesigning our Wix website, Brand Vision turned to digital marketing. They devised an entire ad campaign for us, complete with the actual language and design of the pieces, and a plan to promote the ads on Facebook and Instagram. Every week, they sent us analytics that broke down the ads’ performance and planned tweaks.

Their team also designed landing pages for our ads. Beforehand, all leads would come to our homepage but there was barely any content there. Finally, Brand Vision helped us create a video promo to post on our YouTube channel. They handled both animation and scripting.

I only worked with one person; my point of contact was Hamoun (Project Manager), but I know they have a number of different departments.

How did you come to work with Brand Vision?

We found them on the Wix marketplace and contacted them, along with a number of other companies. After hearing our details and goals, they put together a series of suggestions and recommendations. Brand Vision showed us beautiful web and mobile designs, and we like how they’d worked with large companies, rather than simply small contractors.

We spent around $7,000.

We worked together from August–December 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve seen a large increase in the amount of people who call and email us; and the online chat feature they built has been a huge help.

How did Brand Vision perform from a project management standpoint?

My point of contact was great — constantly emailing, messaging, and calling with every update. Hamoun handled every small request right away.

Brand Vision was quick and met or beat every deadline. They even worked over the December holidays.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Brand Vision’s flexibility stands out. They don’t just stick to website or social media work.

What also stood out was how fresh their ideas were. I spoke to lots of marketing agencies and everyone had the same ideas. Brand Vision stays on top of the next trend.

We’ve seen major changes in the time customers spend on the website and the conversions we have. More people are reaching out to us than before.

It’s great. We usually have problems with these types of projects with other companies but I don’t have anything to complain about. Everything is satisfactory.

They’re very focused on the real estate industry. Additionally, Brand Vision’s team is fast and responsive. Communications are answered quickly every day, sometimes within minutes.

Finally, based on quotes from other companies, Brand Vision has done the project in a small amount of time.

When we completed the website, Brand Vision was responsible for keeping the site up and handling maintenance on a weekly basis. They were also responsible for implementing any edits that needed to be taken care of.
