During the vetting process, we also looked at other companies that could not promise the kind of service and deliveries we would receive from NSI. The best they could promise was that someone would contact us within 24 hours in case we required assistance. They've been a good partner with knowledgeable and experienced employees, so we've established a great working relationship.
