The Sthenos team started by analyzing how we worked day to day. They built out a fully custom web-based software that connects our sales, logistics, and finance systems into one central hub. They also integrated real-time reporting features and automated a lot of the manual work we were doing before. On top of that, they handled data migration, testing, training for our staff, and post-launch maintenance. It wasn’t just development, they basically became an extension of our IT team during the whole process.
