OneSpring designed, developed, and maintained the organization's website using WordPress, successfully launching it within two months. We handled all design, content strategy, implementation, and ongoing outreach to support us, part of the premier K-12 school in North Georgia.

The site was developed from the ground up in 2 months which exceeded expecations. 

They were able to manage the entire project with minimal guidance and oversite.

They managed the project from beginning to end.  We just provided information when questions surfaced and gave the general direction of our vision.  They were able to take our requirements and move quickly into design and development.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They did a great job taking our vision and moving quickly with little guidance.  We initially discussed the design, number of pages, and general content.  From there, they design some initial UI's which we approved.  They then started developing in Wordpress. Communication was seamless and efficient. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something OneSpring could have done differently?

I can't think of any improvements.  They achieved what we wanted; the site is live and works.  We're all happy.

The scope of work encompassed a comprehensive digital strategy initiative focused on enhancing user experience, increasing audience engagement, and expanding the multi-use potential of existing content. The engagement included both website improvements and broader marketing support, with a focus on leveraging AI tools and optimizing content delivery across channels.

Key Deliverables:

1 - Website Evaluation & UX Enhancements:

• Conducted a full audit of the existing website to identify UX and usability issue
• Implemented targeted updates to streamline navigation, improve accessibility, and enhance overall user experience.

2 - New Website Features:

• Designed and integrated new event management capabilities to support the planning and promotion of events directly through the website.

3 - Prototype Development for Video Strategy:

• Developed a prototype website aimed at repurposing existing video content into multiple formats, including:

• Supported updates to social media presence in alignment with new web content and engagement strategies.

Additionally, user engagement has increased by 53%, reflecting a positive reception from both local and extended community audiences. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we expect further improvements as the full suite of deliverables is fully implemented.

What I found most impressive about this company was the depth of knowledge they demonstrated across multiple technologies. Their understanding of AI—especially how they’re actively applying it in real, practical ways—was not only current but also forward-thinking.

They were incredibly collaborative and a pleasure to work with—always accessible, responsive, and bringing a can-do attitude to every part of the process. It made for a highly productive and enjoyable partnership.

Are there any areas for improvement or something OneSpring could have done differently?

Not at this time. The limit was on our side to fund and support several of the workstreams and initiatives we wanted to pursue from a resource perspective.
