We wanted to maximize the impact of our SEM and SEO and convert as many of our web visitors as possible to qualified leads.

Pure Visibility, Inc. provides us with SEM and SEO services. Their team delivers monthly reporting on our web traffic and analytics, which includes details about where the traffic is coming from and whether the traffic is resulting in conversions — either by making phone calls or completing a web form. Pure Visibility, Inc. also creates content for our site; they specifically write SEO-optimized blog posts.

Pure Visibility, Inc. has analyzed our website structure and given us recommendations for edits, improvements, new pages, and other things needed for our site to drive more web traffic. The team also runs all of our paid search campaigns, so they're in charge of setting up Google Ads for different initiatives.

For example, they've created campaigns for residential leasing, commercial property management, and co-working space promotion. We also have a new HVAC division, and Pure Visibility, Inc. is running Google Ads to promote those services. In addition to Google Ads, the team also helps us run some LinkedIn campaigns.

What is the team composition?

I work with four teammates from Pure Visibility, Inc. on a regular basis. Two others have come and gone throughout our engagement. Their team includes two SEO specialists, a paid search specialist, and a project manager.

How did you come to work with Pure Visibility, Inc.?

I did a lot of research on different providers of SEO and paid search services and narrowed the options down based on geography and reputation. Pure Visibility, Inc. is widely known as one of the best in business in our area. Even though they were the most expensive option, we ended up hiring them because we were very impressed with their work and felt like they would deliver the most effective results for us.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend an average of $9,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We signed our contract at the very end of 2022, but Pure Visibility, Inc. actually started working on the project in January 2023. Our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When it comes to SEO, Pure Visibility, Inc. has done a great job of creating meaningful and effective content for us. Our web traffic continues to grow, and the quality of our content has increased. Moreover, our whole website looks and feels more professional since we started working with them.

As for SEM, thanks to Pure Visibility, Inc., our paid search work is better than it has ever been. Our Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns are more strategic and better targeted.

How did Pure Visibility, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Pure Visibility, Inc.'s project management is fantastic. We always know what's going on, what's happening next, and what they're actively doing for us. Moreover, they're always on top of tracking SEO metrics and reporting on them effectively.

We have a collaborative approach to the project. We meet with Pure Visibility, Inc. on a regular basis and bounce ideas back and forth before they come up with something we both feel good about. During this process, they also provide suggestions. Still, we don't use any project management tools together; we manage our work via email and our calendar.

Thus far, we've never had issues with staying within budget. However, once in a while, our paid search specialist takes a little bit longer than expected with their responses, but everyone else is very timely. I believe she has a lot going on, so she has issues with keeping up with everything. Still, she always responds.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Pure Visibility, Inc.'s competence and professionalism are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If I had to pick a weak spot of theirs, it would be their paid search management. Overall, they do a good job in that regard. However, the paid search specialist is not easy to understand. It seems like she doesn't have a good grasp of our goals and company priorities. Although she does a good job, that area is Pure Visibility, Inc.'s weak spot.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Be willing to be an active partner in the project, and don't expect things to improve dramatically without any input on your part. Our partnership and relationship have been effective because the collaboration between our teams is great.
