HireInfluence was hired to assist with the branding, digital content strategy, and paid media management for a major music festival event based in Key West, FL. They helped fill a gap for our music agency, and basically served as an extension of our team as we managed this objective for one of our largest clients.
This included creative conceptualization and development of promotional graphics and videos that would be leveraged across TikTok and Instagram paid media efforts. The agency implemented continuous optimization of promotional efforts, based on success within specific geographic markets (targeting 12 states total) -- prioritizing conversions and ROI.
They also deployed a roster of 20 lifestyle influencers within these markets (micro to mid tiers), that also assisted with fueling the initiative.
The overarching goal across the 4 month period was to maximize event exposure and ticket sales.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Click throughs and ticket sales were comparable to the best year ever for the festival (pre-Covid). Views for the promotional video produced by their team far exceeded expectations. Content that was produced can be leveraged for years to come.
We believe this created a solid path to success for our festival client, and established a partnership that we will continue to lean on for comparable projects down the road.

We briefed Hire Influence on our project and it's goals. They came back to us with several influencers and their information for us to choose who we wanted to work with for this project. They handled all of the contracts and back and forth with the influencers. They kept everything in an organized spreadsheet for us to review the content when it came through and they handled all communication with the creators when it came to feedback and revisions. Everything was done in a very timely manner. Once the campaign ended, they provided a comprehensive report of organic performance.

Over the course of 3 campaigns to support 3 different products, Hireinfluence was the exclusive influencer agency to source influencers & manage content through brief to execution for microinfluencer campaigns. The Hireinfluence team was given a budget for influencer source & scope, and then a budget for boosting content (for 2 of the 3 campaigns). For each campaign, Hireinfluence scoped 8-12 influencers to create 2 posts each, inclusive of paid & organic usage rights. The Hireinfluence team worked quickly, sourced incredible talent that would go on to be huge for the brand, were always flexible and agile to our needs, and always kept the brand equity & vision in tact. They kept spreadsheets, shipping data, deliverables & content previews/approval organized, timely, and always exceeded expectations. When the content would be successful in the brand's paid media running on Meta, Hireinfluence seamlessly helped us secure incremental usage rights. The communication was always clear and effective.
For each campaign, the deliverables were:
