Jeff is amazing in terms of making sure the right things get done and focusing on the right problems. There was a level of personal ownership in projects that they took on right from the beginning. We use Slack for stand-ups, immediate communications, and some updates. There are weekly sync meetings that Tina schedules and leads. We use Asana to keep track of all tasks that Reaktiv keeps clean and organized. Anything that we ever need can be put in Slack, and we get a resolution or response in a matter of minutes.
