Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the owner and CEO of a massage studio. We're a local small business specializing in affordable, convenient, luxurious massage therapy.


For what projects/services did your company hire Pyper, Inc.?

We wanted to rebrand after 10 years of operation, improving brand awareness in our community and building more revenue through marketing. It was important to us that we not only partner up with another local small business, but also found a successful partner who could provide real results.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to create more brand awareness, increase revenue, and rebrand our business. We wanted to craft an elegant, yet approachable, brand image.


How did you select this vendor?

We had worked with them on a consulting basis. After completing multiple successful campaigns and a full rebranding of all our marketing materials, we hired them as a full-service partner.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After a deep dive, we set our goals and they began our rebrand, while still completing regular campaigns for holidays. They have created a new brochure and marketing items like coupons, flyers, and business cards.

Since working with Pyper, Inc. we have explored online ads, streaming media ads, and radio endorsements. They also create marketing tactics and act as a liaison between vendors. They're currently building a new website and working with our scheduling system to set new marketing goals.

What was the team composition?

Our brand curator and I work closely with their owner, account manager, account coordinator, and creative team leader.


Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our community and company have had a positive reaction to the branding, and we've been able to focus on expansion. The increase in business, however, has been our biggest and most important outcome.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow and communication are great. Our brand curator and their account coordinator work closely and interact almost daily. The full teams meet bi-weekly, and we have weekly phone conferences to trade updates. The team always sets timelines and meets deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We're blown away by their creativity and knowledge. We appreciate our collaborative relationship and their open-door policy. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Pyper, Inc. and taking advantage of everything they offer.
