We needed a true product‑design partner to take our healthcare vision from concept to clickable reality—something our internal team lacked the bandwidth and specialized expertise to do. Webloo stepped in to architect intuitive user flows, craft polished interfaces, and handle the full-stack development of our MVP’s three core tools, freeing us to focus on strategy and clinical content while they drove the design and build end‑to‑end.

Webloo’s involvement spans the end‑to‑end build and launch of our web‑based MVP and beyond: after an intensive discovery phase and weekly rapid‑cycle sprints to flesh out wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes, they’re delivering three core tools (the Health Personality Quiz, Values Compass, and Health Charter) each with free summaries and premium reports, plus an SEO‑optimized blog, a values‑driven newsletter, tiered “Contact Us” pathways, an investor page, and three white papers. Their Statement of Work covers Discovery & UX Design, Development & QA, a Go‑to‑Market strategy (messaging, editorial and paid‑acquisition plans, PR/webinar coordination, A/B testing), and ongoing site maintenance—complete with monthly feature sprints, quarterly performance audits, and driving tool utilization and convert users to paid reports.

What is the team composition?

We have a dedicated team. Our Webloo squad is a true full‑stack dream team: a dedicated Product Manager who owns the vision and roadmap; a group of UX/UI Designers sculpting intuitive, on‑brand interfaces; an Engineer (involved from day one) building and iterating every feature; a Project Manager keeping our two‑week sprints razor‑sharp and on schedule; and the CTO providing technical strategy and architecture oversight. This blend of roles—and that continuous engineering involvement—means we move fast without losing sight of quality or long‑term scalability. We have also been using the marketing team and copy-editors!
