We have only been open for about 10 months and our growth has been explosive. According to exit surveys, 80% of our clients found us through our website. We are extremely pleased with the results.

I felt like we had a true partner for all our goals. It was obvious that they cared about the success of our project. They offered a great balance of listening to our vision and guiding the outcome to make the most out of it.

Sometimes we would go over about 25 changes in a given meeting. While everything was always addressed eventually, I would have liked to have the priorities clarified to make sure our biggest pain points were addressed first. That was my mistake as much as theirs, hindsight being 20/20.

We have worked with PetersonWest for years, their team has worked on numerous ongoing projects. From helping desiging packaging, to logos, to designing our website. We have launched close to 20 new supplements to market- the PetersonWest team has helped in designing of all labels, they have created/designed the entirety of our website and created our lasted logo design.

From the launch of our latest design and packaging we have almost doubled in sales! We're grateful to have such a talented team helping us bring our projects to life.

Petersen West helped us completely brand our skincare line called Na Pali Pure. They started with designing a logo for our name and products, then helped us create a website that was both visually aesthetic and functional. They took product images with lifestyle photos and also helped create content for our website and socials.

Petersen West developed a strong, consistent brand identity that resonates with its target audience. The new logo, tagline, and visual elements effectively communicate our brand's values and unique selling proposition. The rebranding has led to increased customer engagement, brand awareness, and increased sales and revenue.

Petersen West were amazing to work with. We had lots of brainstorming sessions and back and forth edits. They patiently worked with us through all of our changes, were very insightful and uniquely creative. Their team worked hard on our project and delivered it in a timely manner.

We develop precision medicine / medical diagnostic tests in the autoimmune space that help patients reach their treatment goals faster. We also monetize the data generated from the diagnostic business and use our technology to partner with pharma companies to develop new drugs to further improve the lives of patients.

We worked with PetersenWest for the vast majority of our branding and graphic design work for both our flagship product PrismRA (https://www.prismra.com/) and other corporate branding/graphic design needs such as corporate branding for Scipher Medicine (https://www.sciphermedicine.com/). This included all marketing collateral development, branding deliverables such as logos and brand guides, video development, and web design. We continue to use PW on almost a daily basis for needs of this nature both for the PrismRA brand, the Scipher brand, and emerging brands.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

PrismRA went through an entire rebrand at the time we began working with PW. Over the past 2 years, the sales and marketing teams have both hit their annual goals of testing volume and marketing impressions. The strong branding and graphic design work of PW (in addition to their fantastic turnaround time) was without a doubt a contributing factor to our team's success over the past 2 years.

As stated in my previous comment, I cannot speak highly enough about PW's project management. Their turnaround time is incredibly fast (which has been essential for a small, emerging startup like Scipher). John and his team are responsive and make themselves available to their customers above and beyond any other vendors I work with. They are able to prioritize projects very well based on your direction and are incredibly organized. PM is one of PW's greatest strengths in my opinion.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The combination of the quality of their work, turnaround time for project delivery, and their responsiveness to their customers makes PW unique in that they are exceptional across the board. They do not sacrifice quality for quantity, they deliver high-quality products quickly, and seem to work around the clock. I have never worked with a vendor with this work ethic combined with this quality of work.

I genuinely have nothing bad or critical to say about PW.
