Global Talent Recruitment Campaign
For Thomson Reuters, we created a talent recruitment campaign for use worldwide. We developed the theme “Bring your passion” and brought it to life with a design that is vibrant, engaging and (of course) brand compliant.

Grace Hopper Conference
To support Thomson Reuters’ presence at the Grace Hopper Conference celebrating women technologists, we saw an opportunity to extend the corporate brand into new territory. We created a unique look and feel—represented in an ad, display space, and other materials—that was both bold and brand compliant, reinforcing their image as a leader in both innovation and gender diversity.
For this expo, Thomson Reuters wanted an interactive way to show how their solutions have impacted the world in a positive way. Building on the “Knowledge in Motion” theme we developed for their Global Talent Campaign, we created an iPad-friendly mobile website that plays like a presentation, bringing Thomson Reuters innovation to life through three engaging stories. The interactive, self-paced presentation ran live from the Internet on six iPads installed in a kiosk at the booth.

Intern Program at Thomson Reuters
This campaign consists of a variety of elements for the Intern Program at Thomson Reuters. Learning guides, internal intranet site with an interactive element to step through the learning process, and follow up assessment.

CompuMark Ad Campaign
When longtime client CompuMark wanted to dial up the volume on its message of market leadership, the Cleveland Design team was ready. We delivered a print advertising campaign that combined bold headlines with dramatic and dynamic images that conveyed a sense of strength with understated elegance. Headlines merge with the images in a novel way, creating a fully integrated look that elevates the message. The campaign proved a great example of revitalizing an existing brand with a surprising, new look that is nevertheless brand compliant.

Global Talent Campaign
Thomson Reuters turned to us for a fresh, new campaign to help attract the best talent from around the world. We created a comprehensive, integrated campaign centered on the theme “Put Your Knowledge in Motion,” dramatizing how the diversity of Thomson Reuters’ business creates unlimited career possibilities. In our designs, we juxtaposed arresting imagery from the Thomson Reuters photo library with portraits of actual employees. The effect is both inspiring and highly personal.

Building a Sustainable Supply Chain
Sensitech Inc., a global leader in supply chain visibility, wanted to publish a white paper that showcased their strong commitment to creating a sustainable supply chain. We came up with a new, forward-thinking design that highlighted their pledge to reduce and recycle materials, dispose responsibly, and manage suppliers.

Environmental Graphics for Technology Center in Shanghai
Our latest work features the design of a permanent installation for the entrance and lobby of a new Technology Center in Shanghai. A series of backlit wall panels showcase our client’s commitment to collaboration and innovation with their customers in the Asia Pacific region. The overall theme includes highlights of the company’s history in Asia and around the globe, with an emphasis on the innovative products they create and produce to push the industry forward and drive their corporate global strategy.

A playful idea with lasting impact.
Thomson Reuters asked us to come up with a promo item to display their commitment to social justice and transparency that would sit on desks of employees. Not only did the item need to be interesting and different, it also needed to be able to feature a large amount of copy. We proposed a Magic Cube, which folds and unfolds into a variety of positions to make a continuous loop of interaction and education. The cube creates a multiplier effect with people passing it around for discussion, and is a playful way to engage and inform. With multiple folds for visuals and messaging, the cube is an excellent way to create a lasting impact.

Thought Leadership at Thomson Reuters
Cleveland Design has been working closely with Thomson Reuters to showcase the company’s thought leadership in creative new report designs for their Energy and Technology Practice Groups. The initial designs needed to support and display the intelligence and expertise of the company, yet be agile enough for adaption into future reports focusing on other industries. Through the use of striking black and white photography, paired with the company’s signature orange brand color, the report designs have a strong and stunning look that communicates the importance of the information.

PR Club of New England Website
The Publicity Club of New England recently went through a brand update and asked Cleveland Design to design and develop a new website for them. The previous site was dated looking and clunky to use. We created a fresh new site that reflects the dynamic nature of their industry and features ongoing events and thought leadership programs, membership promotion and a member portal, news highlights and blog, and a job bank. We built the website in Wordpress so the administrators at the PR Club will be able to easily post and update to keep the site current on a daily basis.

East End House Website
East End House was ready for a fresh look for their website, and with the need to bring it up to speed with today’s best practices in the industry – we developed the site in WordPress. Since WordPress is a very user-friendly platform, this enables EEH to streamline their website updating process and gives them the ability to maintain an active web presence and keep vital information for the community always current.

Women In Focus Event
Unique events require equally unique branding and we were asked to create a logo and multi-platform campaign to do just that. One of our long-time clients teamed up with the International Center of Photography to host Women in Focus, a program featuring women in photography. The logo set the tone of the theme and was then carried out through email communication templates, a printed program book, social media graphics, and speaker podiums.

Corporate Sustainability Report
We recently worked with one of our valued clients to create their 2017 Sustainability Report. The report features their overall commitment to sustainability through their customers, investors and employees and highlights how they are “making a difference” on a global scale. Part of our own challenge was taking multiple sources of data and content to create a consistent flow of informative infographics, mapping content to conform to the Global Reporting Initiative standards, and working with photography to showcase the content. The collaborative team effort in all of these areas led to the successful execution of an informative and visually creative report.

CompuMark Ad Campaign
To support CompuMark's "See the Bigger Picture" campaign, we created a series of visuals to highlight the risks of missing critical information. We put our Photoshop skills to the test, producing dramatic imagery designed to grab the viewer’s attention and drive home the message that CompuMark helps trademark professionals see more of what matters. Our visuals became the central element of an integrated campaign to drive prospects to fresh CompuMark content across a spectrum of touchpoints—from the company’s home page to banner ads and social media.
