      We use Slack for stand-ups, immediate communications, and some updates. There are weekly sync meetings that Tina schedules and leads. We use Asana to keep track of all tasks that Reaktiv keeps clean and organized. Anything that we ever need can be put in Slack, and we get a resolution or response in a matter of minutes.       The customer service and creative design. The customer service was exceptional. From the get go, this did not feel like a typical client/service provider engagement, more like a true partnership. Their creative design ideas and delivery are second to none. We were blown away with how good our new website came out and all the additional marketing materials they created for us were top notch.
