When I look at other people’s websites, store signs, and logos, I see that all of them don’t look good as ours. Some of them look incomplete — some don’t have their menu and some don’t have their address on their platform.

Everything in the monthly deliverables was on time, and any extra tasks were done quickly. They responded to our needs that we didn't even know about. For example, we were missing a customer review automation set up and they set it up without charging. Basically, everything we needed was taken care of and then some! On the other hand, DUSK implemented many proactive custom solutions that weren't included in our initial contract. They didn't try to upsell either.
