I'm the Marketing Manager for a Home Inspection company. We work with home owners, buyers, sellers, and Realtors to give them piece of mind in their real estate investments.
For what projects/services did your company hire WolfPack Advising, and what were your goals?
We were integrating a new CRM platform to streamline our marketing automation and better manage our contacts.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
My boss selected them; I'm unaware of the specifics that were involved in us coming together.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
Initially, we worked together to discuss which campaigns were most urgent, the touch points we wanted to integrate within each automation, and goal steps we were looking to accomplish with each one. They helped us integrate an omni channel approach, including direct mail, SMS, email, and social media touches.
Furthermore, Austin, Aaron & Ronnie have continued to be a wealth of support and knowledge. In addition to assisting in building automations from scratch for us, they have been patient teachers, to the point where I feel confident working in the platform myself on most occasions.

Despite a downturn in the market, we have continued to gain market share in our area. Our average email open rate is approx 47%
