Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the owner of a print company. We are dedicated to the service of printing locally. We do everything from small print and business cards, all the way to large printing, signs, catalog, and everything that has to do with advertising.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with WebDesign-Miami.com?

The reason I called them was that my website was old and we needed an upgrade. We wanted to have beautiful and organized sections in order to let our clients find the prices and all the specifications for all the services they need.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We met with the owner, and he showed me the sites they have designed. I liked their style as they designed really clean websites. I needed to have everything clear on my website, so he gave me a couple of recommendations here and there.

I also liked that they provided the whole package altogether. They sold me complimentary services such as hosting services. They have a server that can host the website and they also do the graphic design before they start the programming. I liked that because I was able to check in with them that we were on the same page and they were on the right path. I also transferred the domain over to them.

He showed me a group of websites such as lawyers and jewelry, clothing, accounting services, and many other websites. They were not only informative websites but also eCommerce websites. I really liked the layout of the jewelry store websites.

They have also helped me design my business cards and a set of business cards for my employees as well.

In the near future, we are going to start a new project with them which will allow our clients to order online. Right now, we are implementing that onto our website, but they showed me more of a modern way to buy and request services.

We will probably continue working together with the complementary services they offer such as blogging and SEO.

How did you come to work with WebDesign-Miami.com?

Some of the other agencies we looked at quoted me a lower price but they didn’t answer my emails in days and other companies were charging double. Besides that, they had monthly costs and other situations I didn’t like, from hard to find parking or them not respecting our meeting times.

I liked WebDesign-Miami from the beginning. We decided to go with them because I heard really good things about them, and we have had a really good experience with them.

How much have you invested in them?

The total cost was around $4,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them on this project from July 2018 and it was completed in August 2018. We are still working with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My clients are happy. They like the design and they have been able to find everything they need to know and all the answers they are looking for on the website instead of calling us and asking over the phone. 

When it comes to SEO, the change was good for me because I can tell that Google likes our new programming language, as well as the design. My page now loads faster. For the search engines and for the ranking, it has been good.

How did WebDesign-Miami.com perform from a project management standpoint?

Most of the time we communicated through email. If I needed something quickly or if we were in the middle of revisions, I would give them a call and they were always available.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The location of their office is great because it is in the middle of the design district and it is very easy for me to get there. They are really friendly, and they don’t stop until their client understands everything.

Everything is included in the project and they explain everything that is involved. All the steps were done exactly the way they described before they started the development. The timeframes were all met, and they accomplished what they promised. For me, the customer service they provide is really good.
