They have vast creativity. There have been a lot of things that I have thought were maybe crazy to do or ideas that I’ve had that Marche and the team have really helped me bring to life. They’re super innovative, especially in the marketing realm. They’re very persistent, which is what we needed. It took a long time to finalize the logo, and they constantly were providing new ideas and coming up with different things.

We certainly saw a really good impact on what we were executing on. When COVID happened, we shifted the approach, and we’ve had good metrics on that as well. Obviously, some of those metrics are a bit cloudy right now; although we’ve brought on new clients, they’re not necessarily ordering at levels that they normally would. The short term is a bit unclear.
