CBI took on an aggressive marketing approach to help accelerate a profitable tax season for this tax professional in Pasadena, CA. Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of a tax service named Pacific Tax Pros.
What challenge were you trying to address with Create By Influence?
I was really seeking a complete marketing program — a fresh strategy, a new website, and a CRM. As the owner of a small business, I didn’t really know where to start with my marketing. I know taxes, and I know the core aspects of my business, but marketing wasn’t really my forte. I had tried to work with smaller marketing firms, and I had attempted to make my own funnel ads, but I wasn’t pleased with the results.
What was the scope of their involvement?
First, we went through a comprehensive overhaul of my website, taking into account the client journey and how we nurture leads. They started designing the website to reflect the look that we wanted, receive clients, and capture leads.
